Upgrading | Downgrading | Check Billing Status | Cancel | Contact Us

Upgrading your account
 
Should you like to put additional projects on "auto-pilot" , you can do this instantly by clicking on the "My Account" icon on the upper left hand side of any screen.
 
Downgrading your account
If you have too many project files you are not using, you can downgrade your accout by clicking on the "My Account" link on the upper left hand side of any screen. Then click on the "Change Credit Card / Billing Plan" button, and select a new billing option from the drop down menu. Your next billing will be charged at the new rate you select.
 
Your Billing Status
To query your next billing date, view previous billings, or change your billing preferences; you can do this instantly by clicking on the "My Account" icon on the upper left hand side of any screen.
 
Cancelling your account

If you paid with Credit Card:

To cancel auto-submissions and auto-billings, click on the "My Account" link on the upper left hand side of any screen, then scroll down and click the "Cancel Auto-Billing" button. At the end of your billing period, your account will close. There are no refunds for partial billing periods and your projects will continue to be submitted until the last day of your billing period.

If you paid with Paypal:
You need to cancel your PAYPAL Subscription from PayPal.com

Log in to your PayPal account https://www.paypal.com
and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status." You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

If you wish to restart service again, simply login using the same username and password and select a billing plan. All your previous work will be saved, so you don’t have to re-type it all over again.
